Your support for ADVAC

Thank you all for the amazing support that you have given to this initiative. We are very pleased to announce that we are sponsoring Dr Espoir Malembaka from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to attend ADVAC (Advanced Course of Vaccinology) in Annecy in May. Dr Malembaka's work has a specific focus on vaccine-preventable diseases and maternal and child health in humanitarian contexts, as well as the impact of mass oral cholera vaccination campaigns on cholera incidence. Attendance at ADVAC will help him to continue this important work.

Dr Malembaka was chosen based on pre-defined criteria by our Scientific Committee overseen by Angus Thomson. Thank you to the Committee members for their time.
